Overview

The town of Bethany Beach, Del. adopts and enforces the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2012 edition. Bethany Beach, Del. Muni. Code § 395-1 B (amendments).
• The International Residential Code, 2012 edition. Bethany Beach, Del. Muni. Code § 395-1 C (amendments).
• The town of Bethany Property Maintenance Code. Bethany Beach, Del. Muni. Code § 475-16 (general) with § 475-17 (applicability).
